27 years 38 daysYoshiki YumotoHe carried out an achievement with his record of average under twenty seconds today. His average time of twelve solvings is 18.97 divided into each record such as 19.38 22.28 17.63 17.80 18.53 (39.54) 17.66 20.92 18.38 19.01 18.10 (16.00). The all solvings is based on scrambled by using WCA official cube scrambler. BTW, the worst time of 6th record was POP. He seems to be pleased to do speedcubing with his this time result and he will continue to try solving faster than his current time.20070814

This is my first sub 20 sec. I am so happy. My dad was very strict in timing. He starts the timer almost before I lift my palm and stops only after some split sec after I dropped the cube. If it had been proper my timing would have been much better. Anyhow I think I am the youngest to solve the cube in sub 20 sec. My target for dec-2006 is sub 15 sec.

Today I got my first ever sub 20 average solves. I started on Halloween of last year. I was doing this as I'm sick (got some cold from my classmates) for the Sunday Contest. I'm only using 3 looks LL although I know some other OLL cases.
